ADMISSION PROCEDURE & REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility for Admission:
Admission Procedure:
1. Obtain and submit the prescribed Admission Application Form.
2. Submit all required documents for verification.
3. Attend counselling/interview with parents, if required.
4. Select the preferred stream and subject combination.
5. Pay the prescribed admission and tuition fees.
6. Complete the admission formalities and receive confirmation of admission.
Admission will be confirmed only after verification of original documents and payment of the prescribed fees.
Documents Required:
Students seeking admission must submit the following documents:
– SSLC/10th Standard Marks Card (Photocopy)
– Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last attended
– Conduct Certificate
– Aadhaar Card Copy
– Passport-size Photographs (recent)
– Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates, if applicable)
– Income Certificate (if applicable)
– Migration Certificate (for students from CBSE, ICSE, or boards outside Karnataka, wherever applicable)
– Eligibility Certificate issued by the Department of Pre-University Education for students from other states/countries, if required.
Important Instructions:
– Parents/Guardians are encouraged to accompany the student during admission.
– Admission is subject to the rules and regulations of the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) and the Department of Pre-University Education.
– Incomplete applications or failure to produce required documents may result in cancellation of admission.
– Students must carefully choose their stream and subjects at the time of admission, as changes may not be permitted later.
– Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility and availability.
